Nirod Baran Roy is a Senior Partner of Ojha & Biswas Co., Chartered Accountants. He is one of the fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh. He completed M. Com. in Accounting from the University of Dhaka. He has over 30 years working experience with financial institutions relating to review of loan portfolio, loan classification formats, evaluation of policies, accounting systems, feasibility study, preparation of accounting manual, audit manual as well as RJSC, tax Vat related services. He has working experiences to deal with adequacy of loan provisions for different banks and financial institutions.
In his vast professional track he worked in Microtrade Limited and Daeyu Bangladesh Ltd. He has wide experiences in different consultancy services with S. F. Ahmed & Co, a representative firm of Ernst & Young. He is also specialized in dealing with the adequacy of loan provisions for different banks and financial institutions. In his tenure as a Consultant he offered his specialized skills pertaining auditing of funds and accounts of different renowned organizations like, Bangladesh Bank. Sonali Bank, Janata Bank, Agrani Bank, Rupali Bank Ltd, Habib Bank Ltd, Pubali Bank Ltd, IFIC Bank Ltd, National Bank Ltd, Uttara Bank Ltd, Bangladesh Shilpa Bank, Bangladesh Shilpa Rin. Shangstha, multinational companies and donor funded organizations.

Monojit Kumar Ojha FCA is the Managing and Senior Partner of the Ojha & Biswas Co, Chartered Accountants. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and completed his master’s degree in Accounting.
Monojit has more than 20 years of experience in Chartered Accountants Firm, NGO and Educational Institute. He has extensive experience on Donor reporting & funding, finance & accounts, internal control, risk management, audit, valuation, Income Tax, Value Added Tax (VAT), Garments, Construction, amalgamation and reconstruction and complex regulatory matters.
Monojit started his professional journey in the year 2000 with S F Ahmed & Co., Chartered Accountants and that time the firm was affiliated with International Audit Firm Ernst & Young. In the year March 2007 Mr. Ojha ended his journey with S F Ahmed & Co., Chartered Accountants. In that period he did work many audit, verification, investigation, accounting manual, policy guideline, inventory and fixed assets management system, valuation of assets and liabilities related work with many organizations like BRAC, ASA, Prosikha, Nari Uddog Kendro, Ain O Salish Kendro, Susilon, icddr,b, Aarong, Amex, K+N, Mobil, Cairn Energy, SABINCO, Renata Pharmaceutical Ltd, Rahimafrooz, and many more organizations.
In April 2007 started a new journey with BRAC and in the same year he was deputed BRAC University as a Head of Accounts. BRAC University had more than 11,000 students and 52 donor projects. BRAC University was started the Construction of the new building with projected cost of Taka 2,500 crore. Monojit ended his journey with BRAC and BRAC University in December 2020 as a Director, Finance.
Later Monojit started his own firm. Now the Ojha & Biswas Co., Chartered Accountants is a Partnership firm. Monojit holds the position as a Managing and Senior Partner of the Firm.
Monojit K Ojha was a former committee member of Technical & Research Committee (TRC) and Board of Studies (BOS) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB).
He was a former visiting faculty member of Jahangirnagar University and BRAC University as an Assistant Professor.
Paritosh Kumar Ojha has more than 25 years of experience in the field of finance, accounts & audit. Proficiency in preparing financial statements, fund management, foreign loan approval from Bangladesh Bank and Board of Investment, developing annual budgets, management information system, income tax, VAT, RJSC and monitoring of all financial activities. He is a trusted expert in setting up financial plans for ready-made garments as well any start- ups or existing business at any phase of development. His hands on experience will act as a guideline to any business be it a startup or ones those are facing challenges in managing their financial aspects.
